All cabins are housekeeping cabins. Kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pans, toaster, and coffee maker with filters. Bed linens are provided. You provide your own kitchen and bath towels and personal soaps.

Reservation & Deposit: A deposit of $150 per cabin per weekend is required to confirm reservations. Deposits are non-refundable unless a 90 day notice is given AND your cabin vacancy is filled. There is a 15% service fee on all refunds. At the end of your stay you have the first option to reserve your cabin for the same time next year. A deposit is required at checkout to confirm your next year's reservation. Otherwise, cabins are available on a first come first served basis.
Additional Guests and Daily Visitors: There is a $20 per person per night or $100 per person per week charge for each additional guest above the rate base occupancy. Children 2 and under are free. For the privacy and comfort of our guests, please let us know if you are expecting any daily VISITORS. All visitors must register at the office. All daily visitors must be off the grounds by 11:00 pm.
Pets: We are currently accepting pets at Elk Horn Resort. There is a $20 per pet per day or $100 per pet per week charge. Minnesota state law requires that all pets be on a leash at all times. This will be enforced or owner will be asked to take pet to a kennel. No exceptions. Owner is responsible for the immediate removal of pet waste. Pets are not to be left alone at any time for any reason while in cabins or if tied up. Pets are not allowed on swimming beach. Our policy is for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests.

Camping Reservation Information:
Prices are for 1 camping unit per site. Additional charge for tent units set up on your campsite. There is a 3 night minimum stay on holidays with a 2 night charge as a deposit. On regular weekends, a 1-night deposit is required. Reservations will be accepted, but you will be charged for days you reserve. No discounts for late arrivals or early departures. Camping cancellations received 14 days prior to the start of your reservation will allow you to "credit" your deposit for this summer for your next camping trip to Elk Horn Resort & Campground minus a $5.00 handling fee. Credit card deposits are processed at the time of reservations. Two weeks notice is required on all Holiday Reservations. No refunds or credits to "no shows" or same day cancellations. A site with deposit will be held until 11:00 p.m. only, unless arrangements are made in advance. Guests are responsible for payment for all reserved nights. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, we enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
