Camping reservation information

We have 80 camp sites with 30/50 amp service and consist of weekend, monthly and seasonal sites.

With each site there is:

We offer two types of service with our camping sites:

Sites with no hook-ups: $42/night (4 person occupancy)

Sites with hook-ups: Electric & Water Sites: $50/night (4 person occupancy)

Prices are for 1 camping unit per site.
$1.50 for additional people/day
Pet Fee $1.50 per pet/day
One unit per site, additional tent available for small children with a fee of $25 dollars per night.

Pets are allowed provided they are kept on a leash. Pets must be attended at all times. Campers who leave pets unattended and pets that bark excessively will be asked to leave with no refund. Pets are not allowed in camp store, shower building or in the designated swimming area. Please remember to clean up after your pet.

All campers must adhere to our reservation, deposit, & cancellation rules.

Reservations will be accepted, you will be charged for days you reserve.
There is a 3 night minimum stay on holidays, with a 2 night charge as a deposit.
On regular weekends, a 1 night deposit is required.
Credit card deposits are processed at the time of reservations.
A site, with deposit, will be held until 11:00 pm only, unless arrangements are made in advance.
All deposits are refundable up to 21 days prior to your reservation date, minus $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation 20 days prior to your start reservation will be charged full price.
No refunds or credits for “no shows” or same week cancellations.
Guests are responsible for payment for all reserved nights.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, we enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.

You are responsible for your whole reservation even if you leave early.
Camping is an outdoor experience. No refund or credits are provided for mother nature's temperatures. “We don’t charge extra for sunshine, and we don’t give discounts for rain.”
Dump Station:
- Registered guest dump fee $5.00
- Onsite sewer dumping $10.00
- Off road dumping $10.00
Quiet time 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
Dock and beach closes at 11:00 pm
5 mph speed limit in park
No violent, immoral, abusive, loud or obscene conduct will be allowed.
Cutting trees or branches is Not allowed. Doing so could result in a $750.00 fine.
Firewood is available for purchase at the lodge.
Campfires are permitted in fire rings only and must be under control at all times. No moving fire rings.
Dispose of garbage in the dumpster at the lodge.
Swimming at Elk Horn Resort is at your own risk. Diving and jumping from the raft are at your own risk.
No non-registered vehicles shall be allowed in the park. Two vehicles allowed per campsite.
